FAQ
What makes the sound?

Bones in your spine are separated by lubricating fluids. Sometimes an adjustment may produce a sound, which is just gas and fluids shifting within the joints. Its like opening a soda can, or removing a suction cup. The change in pressure allows increased mobility where the joint was previously ‘stuck’. Although it may be interesting, the sound isn’t a guide to the quality or value of the adjustment.
